Meet Logan Mullaney
OWNER AND FOUNDER OF NUTRA FITNESS
Logan Mullaney, a Bel Air, Maryland native, is a dedicated fitness coach as well as a life and habitual coach with a lifelong passion for sports and personal development. As a 12-season high school athlete, he competed in soccer, wrestling, and lacrosse all four years, building a strong foundation in discipline, structure, and performance. With over four years of training experience, Logan specializes in functional movement, strength and conditioning for high school athletes, and injury prevention. He brings a sport-specific approach to training while also guiding clients through lifestyle changes that support long-term growth. From nutrition counseling to habit-building strategies, Logan helps individuals take control of their routines and reach sustainable results. Guided by the belief that “fitness is the journey that never ends,” he’s committed to helping each client grow stronger, healthier, and more resilient—one rep and step at a time.
Logan's Story
Logan is an ACE Certified Strength & Wellness Coach with specialized credentials in nutrition, strength training, behavioral change, and pre/postnatal training. He’s on a mission to help people build lasting habits through movement, structure, and intentional action. Each session is designed not just to challenge the body, but to rewire routines that transform how clients show up—physically, mentally, and daily. Rejecting quick fixes and one-size-fits-all plans, Logan focuses on sustainable systems that create real momentum. He offers a wide range of services including private and online personal training, partner training, general fitness improvement, muscle and strength gain, flexibility enhancement, women’s fitness, nutrition and meal plans, functional and core training, and pre and postnatal coaching. His certifications include ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Level 1, CPR/AED, and Pre & Postnatal Training. Behind the scenes, Logan is building something that will revolutionize how people take control of their health, time, and daily structure—something that won’t just change the game, but redefine it entirely.
