About the role
Provide personal coaching that helps clients make progress wherever they train. At NUTRA FITNESS, this role combines remote coaching, individualized app-based programming, progress review, and consistent communication.
We’re looking for someone who can make a written workout clear, give useful feedback from a distance, and maintain strong client relationships through dependable follow-up.
Remote coaching and program design
Learn each client’s goals, experience, available equipment, schedule, and preferences.
Prepare and lead remote training sessions with understandable instructions and appropriate exercise options.
Provide video demonstrations and form feedback, adapting guidance to what can reasonably be observed remotely.
Write structured workouts tailored to each client, including exercises, sets, repetitions, rest periods, and suitable alternatives.
Organize training into a progression clients can follow and understand.
Review workout logs and client feedback, then revise programming to reflect progress and changing needs.
NUTRA app and client accountability
Track and manage client activity through the NUTRA app, keeping relevant records and program updates organized.
Communicate with clients at least weekly to review progress, answer training questions, and support accountability.
Follow up on missed workouts, stalled progress, and reported difficulties with practical next steps.
Help clients understand how to access programs, log workouts, and use app communication tools.
Keep relevant conversations, session notes, and feedback organized so coaching stays consistent.
Professional practice and teamwork
Recognize when a concern requires an in-person assessment or referral outside the trainer’s scope.
Coordinate with other team members when relevant to the client’s coaching plan.
Protect client information and follow established communication and documentation practices.
Raise technical issues or missing information that could affect service quality.
Requirements
Associate’s degree in a related field.
Minimum 2 years of in-person personal training experience.
Proven client results.
Personal training certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) or National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Confidence using fitness apps, digital client records, scheduling, and messaging.
Clear communication, dependable follow-through, and respect for client privacy and professional boundaries.
Compensation
Earn 50–70% of the $125 session rate, equivalent to $62.50–$87.50 per session.
