About the role

Help NUTRA FITNESS clients turn nutrition guidance into practical habits that support their goals. You’ll provide individualized remote nutrition sessions, meal planning, clear education, and regular follow-up while keeping client records and communication organized in the NUTRA app.

We’re looking for registered dietitians who combine sound professional judgment with a supportive, realistic approach to behavior change.

Individualized nutrition support

• Assess clients’ nutrition goals, eating patterns, preferences, routines, and relevant history.

• Create individualized nutrition and meal plans that fit the client’s needs and circumstances.

• Explain nutrition concepts in everyday language and help clients choose achievable next steps.

• Adapt recommendations in response to progress, barriers, and client feedback.

Client communication and digital records

• Document assessments, recommendations, goals, and follow-up plans accurately.

• Manage client communication through the NUTRA app.

• Review client-reported progress and food or habit logs when appropriate.

• Follow up regularly to support consistency and identify when the plan needs adjustment.

• Help clients understand how to use the platform for their nutrition coaching.

Team collaboration and professional practice

• Collaborate with trainers when relevant and with appropriate client permission.

• Keep nutrition guidance within your professional scope and refer clients when their needs require another provider.

• Maintain client confidentiality and follow applicable documentation and practice requirements.

• Maintain the credentials and licenses required for the services and client locations you support.

Requirements

• Active Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.

• Current applicable professional licensure.

• Experience working with fitness clients preferred.

• Clear communication and a practical, individualized counseling approach.

• Comfort with remote appointments, digital documentation, and regular client follow-up.

Compensation

Earn 50–70% of $175 session revenue, equivalent to $87.50–$122.50 per session.
